Numbers to Words Converter - Números TIP

Numbers TIP is an online application that performs the conversion of a number written with figures to its corresponding text offering all possibilities according to different interpretive contexts: cardinality, ordinality, fraction and multiplication. Likewise, the text corresponding to other areas in which the numbers participate is shown: Romans, groups or collectives, polygons, polyhedra and ages.

Numbers TIP performs the conversion of a number to its cardinal, ordinal, fractional or partitive, multiplicative, Roman ... text, and offers morphological, orthographic and grammatical information of each of the terms. In addition, examples that help understanding and good use are included. The contexts implemented are:

  • Text of a cardinal number: The cardinal numbers express quantity in relation to the series of natural numbers. The range of cardinal numbers admitted by TIP Numbers is: ±999 999 x 10120.   • Text of an ordinal number: Ordinal numbers express order or sequence and indicate the place occupied by the element in an ordered series.   • Text of a fractional number: Partitive numbers express division of a whole into parts and designate the equal fractions in which the unit has been divided.   • Text of a multiplying number: The multiplicatives express that the noun they refer to is composed of as many units or implies as many repetitions as the numeral indicates. The range of multiplicative numbers admitted by TIP Numbers is: 2 ... 999 999 x 10120, although from thirteen it is written with an expression.   • Roman numeral: The Roman numerals express the numerical values ​​of our system of figures with a repertoire of different signs.
